Do These Movements Every Night Before Bed And Observe The Miracle That Follows!

Many times before going to sleep, we suffer from various conditions that do not let us rest pleasantly, and you are lying in your bed spinning from side to side without being able to sink into deep sleep.

 This is a very annoying problem, because sometimes we spend the day waiting for the time to sleep and it turns out that at the end when this time comes we can not get a good night sleep. So here we have a series of exercises that can help you relax your body, release tensions so that you have a  good rest. We will teach you some yoga positions, which help to relax certain specific areas to sleep better.

With these movements you can reconcile deep sleep without any problem : Not all bodies work in the same way and we have to find the way that most favors us according to our condition. You can use these yoga moves as a routine, or choose the one that most benefits you to relax your body. The movements are as follows:

Balasana – Child’s Pose : Do not perform this movement if you have knee problems, but if you do, you can relax your nervous system, back and shoulders.

Supta Baddha Konasana — Bound Angle Reclining Pose : Also known as butterfly pose. Lie on your back prop up your knees, place the soles of your feet together and gently let your knees fall away to the sides. And also perform this position by breathing deeply.

Back roll : Lay down as in the picture and roll from side to side on your back. This way you will stretch your body and massage your back.

Matsyasana – Fish Pose : Lying on your back with your arms on the ground at your sides, slide your hands — palms down — under your rear end. As you slide them, start to press the whole lower arms into the ground while bending your elbows. The effect is to lift your upper body gently upward and open your chest. You can hold your head up, if your throat and neck are uncomfortable, or gently let your head fall backward toward the ground. Take five to ten deep breaths and then carefully remove your hands from under you. Lie flat and enjoy the open sensation in your chest.

Kapotasana – Pigeon Pose : This is a more advanced pose that you can save for when you’ve practiced the others a few times. it is good to release tensions.

Now, seated cross-legged, place your palms on the ground in front of you and shift your weight forward off your rear end. Slide your left leg backward until it’s stretched out, as pictured. The back of your left foot should be pressing against the ground.

Open your chest forward, relax your shoulders, and be sure that you place a thickly-rolled blanket or pillow under the right side of your rear end so you can fully let go. It’s both an intense stretch and a super-relaxing position.

Paschimottanasana – Seated Forward Bend : This helps you stretch your back, so you release the accumulated tensions.

Viparita Karani — Legs Up the Wall Pose : This helps your legs relax and is very easy to do. If you have problems in the lower back place a pillow under your tailbone as a support. Perform these simple yoga poses and you can sleep without any problems, all you have to do is follow the pictures.
