Sometimes such unpleasant episodes happen that there seems to be no end to intolerance, selfishness and bad habits in some people. We could not think otherwise after reading what happened in New York, in well-known Central Park.
The coronavirus (which we’re supposed to be calling Covid-19 these days) is causing the world to panic and experience a great deal of anxiety and inconvenience. However, amazing satellite pictures from NASA suggest that it may actually have done some accidental good. OK, so it’s not exactly great, but it is something. You see, because China has effectively been on lockdown for weeks now, the pollution that was previously at massively dangerous levels has now subsided dramatically. The two pictures are like night and day – one has large amounts of ominous yellow pollution, the other is a nice calming blue.

The friend of a Rock Hill, South Carolina victim is using social media to warn others about a method that’s being used by criminals in store parking lots. An anonymous woman’s friend reported on Facebook that her friend was sitting in her car when two men parked their car directly in front of her with their high beams on. As she was blinded by the light, the two men jumped out of their car and attempted to pry open the doors of her car.
Hunters in Alaska can now track and kill hibernating bears thanks to a U.S. House and Senate resolution rolling back Obama-era regulations against the practice. President Donald Trump signed the bill into law on Monday, which rolled back Alaska’s ban on killing the vulnerable bears, along with wolf cubs in dens. It also allows for hunters to target the animals from helicopters.
